Returns

Contact lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.

Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
